After first glass coming to assembling table, it starts
manual PVB laying on first glass (PVB laying can be made automatically
through plier system); when right PVB length is reached, automatic cutter
cuts PVB film; then second glass, after the start given by the worker,
is picked by suction cups aerial system, it comes to assembling table
and it is put on the first glass along the same axis. After assembling,
panel is trimmed manually by worker and it is carried through special
rollers to the heating and pressing section. To increase versatility
and for off-line production, it is planned an additional unwinding,
laying and assembling zone to work "not standard" glass (for
example curved, bended glass, drilled glass, special shaped glass) that
will be laminate through vacuum sack system.
Automatic PVB laying (OPTIONAL) through plier, that
picks film and lays it on length size that is set, then it will
be cut automatically through cutter; with automatic PVB laying all
operations are automatic: picking and coming to assembling conveyor
of the first glass, PVB laying on it, PVB cutting according to the
lenght needed (set), picking of the second glass and assembling
with the first glass.
Unwinder with 4 (or more, up to 16) motorized PVB
roll bearings; different thickness, width, colour PVB can be used
(max diameter: 500 mm); with 4 (or more, up to 16) PVB interleaf
rolls; through this system all PVB rolls are always ready to be
used and you don't lose time in the PVB roll choosing; with more
than 4 PVB roll bearings we suggest to put aerial unwinder, over
assembling section, with specific painted iron frame, platform to
walk around, and ladder; unwinding and winding of the PVB film and
interlayer are automatic and speed is adjustable electronically;
automatic pneumatic cutter for PVB cutting operation on length side;
automatic cutter on width side of the PVB film (OPTIONAL), cutting
operation is done automatically during the PVB unwinding, the cutting
size is adjustable manually with the help of a metric scale.
Antistatic bar on PVB unwinding system(OPTIONAL)
to keep film and glass sandwich clean, and to avoid problems during
PVB laying: PVB film has antistatic charge, that can cause bending
of the film during laying (specially with automatic laying, where
workers don't check and adjust it), this can create some problems
during heating and pressing process.
Assembling table with two shaping on one side, to
facilitate small glass working; with tipping device that throws
down a part of assembling table, to carry out worker crossing from
one side of the table to the other, to facilitate unwinding/laying/assembling/trimming;
lights to control glass cleaning under assembling zone.
Trimming system for small glass, constituted by
a platform with free rotating spheres, that lifts through pneumatic
mechanism controlled by specific pedal keyboard; this system is
very useful and make trimming easy; rotating the glass panel, only
one worker can make operations.
Electric crane and specific trolley facilitate loading
and unloading operations
of the PVB rolls on the uncoiler.
Additional unwinding, laying and assembling zone
to work "not standard" glass (OPTIONAL), with 2 motorized
PVB rolls bearings, different thickness, width, colour PVB can be
used (max diameter: 500 mm); with 2 PVB interleaf roll bearings;
unwinding and winding speed is adjustable electronically; with automatic
cutter for PVB cutting operation on length side; with assembling/trimming
table, painted iron made, with wheels to move it, surface for PVB
leaning made by specific material for application; the table is
also equipped with a structure in painted iron to hang up the PVB
sheets already cut and prepared for laying.
PVB pre-cut system (OPTIONAL) to prepare the PVB
foils cut at size and ready to be positioned on the glass for the
lamination; this device is composed by PVB unwinder, automatic cutters
(on width and on length side of the PVB film), PVB film automatic
laying system, table to stock PVB pre-cut foils; the worker selects
the kind of the PVB film and the number of pieces to cut and prepare,
then machine automatically unwinds, lays on the stocking table,
cuts the needed PVB foils; PLC controls the operations.
Conveyors with independent drive, motoreducer and
inverter to adjust working speed.
